One of the earlier visions I had when I decided to open House and Harmony was to make interior design more accessible. So, I created a series of products and services that are both meaningful and affordable to all budget levels.
House and Harmony is located in San Diego & Carlsbad, California. We offer an array of services, so that the client can easily customize their level of service depending on their level of need.
Whether you are doing a full renovation, or just sprucing up
a bedroom, we have the design service that is just right for you.

Full service
Full Service is ideal for busy families and professionals, or
anyone in need of handing over the project upon approval. This convenient option is great because we create
your design and handle every aspect of your design big or
small, from start to finish. We create the conceptual design, assist you in making all the design selections, and are
there every step of the way managing and directing your project so you can
focus on your career, your family, and your life!
How it works: It all starts with a meeting and walk-through
of your space. We listen to your design wants and needs, and then create a concept
that meets all of your desired objectives. On our presentation day we come back with conceptual drawings of your floor plan, elevations, and 3-D renderings to help you visualize proposed design space. We bring mood boards with furnishings selections, art and accessories. We even bring you samples of fabrics and finishes that you can feel and touch. Once you approve and sign your contract we go
to work. We hire trades professionals, place orders on finishes and
furnishings. We manage schedules and appointments with trade professionals, and
provide guidance every step of the way. Our job is not finished until

Designer-on-Call
Designer-on Call is a service designed for clients that like
to be a little more hands-on with their design projects. The client manages the
project, but utilizes Designer's expertise to make choices with design, color, finishes selection, furnishings, window treatments and art work selection.
How it works: This service is typically purchased in

One Day Makeover
One Day Makeover is a service ideal for someone in need of
immediate gratification! Say, you have visitors from out of town, and
you need to spruce up a room for their stay. Or, maybe you are looking to
restyle a space in your home. This level of service allows us to freshen up a
space under limited time and/or budget.
How it works: We schedule and appointment to see your
space, and come back at a later date with accessories, art, and even

eDesign
eDesign is a service that is exclusive rendered through electronic communication, which allows us to service clients
near and far. This type of service is great for individuals who are DIYers, and
are not intimidated to do the work themselves, or hire the right people on
their own to do the work. It’s great too because it allows the client to tackle items on their list related to their project at their own pace. It’s an ideal
way to start you project if you are under limited time and/or budget, or just
in need of guidance and inspiration.
How it works: This service is exclusively all rendered via email communication. We ask that you email us pictures of your room taken from every angle, and measurements of your space. We get back to you with a
floor plan for furniture placement, and elevations for window treatments and
art work placement. We will also include a spreadsheet with direct links so you

Color Consultation
Color Consultations are available for new home owners, people thinking about selling their home, or anyone else looking to paint their house. Color is complicated,
did you know that Houzz.com has over 320,000 conversations on people who painted
their house with the wrong color?!! Yikes, that’s a lot of wasted time and
money! We are Certified Color Experts, and have a special 8-Step process in selecting
the perfect color palette for your space.
Design to Sell
Design to Sell is a service for Homeowners and Realtors. Your house can sit on the market much longer if you are not doing all the things your competitor has already done. Research has shown that a professionally staged home will sell faster, and at a higher price than if you opted out.
How it works: We do a walk-through of your space, and create a report of things to improve on. When needed, we consult on paint colors that appeal to homebuyers. We will restyle your occupied home, or stage when vacant so you can get more bang for your buck.
All in all, Interior Design can be overwhelming, and expensive if you don't end up with all the right selections the first time.
